Network card issue

Hello,
I have a network card problem with my new PC; it is limited to 10mb/s. I have a Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller (with a Gigabyte B660 Gaming X graphics card). I tried with two other laptops, and the connection is not throttled, so it normally isn't the Ethernet cable (Cat 6) or the wall socket. When I'm in the network card settings, I can see it's limited to 10mb/s, but I can't seem to fix it. I've installed the latest driver for the network card, but without success.
If anyone has any solutions, please.

Hello,
I think this card has an electronic failure; you’d better replace it.
Is it integrated into the motherboard?
And here we are ....
But goodness, those line spacings are so annoying!!
Hello
A bit old but resolved. He described so many trials it could be useful???...

The drivers are with Gigabyte since the network card is integrated into the motherboard.
And if this network card does not work as it is supposed to, it is the motherboard that needs to be changed.
to change,
or just add a pcie, or even better a giga or 2.5 G / usb3 adapter, if you don't want to complicate your life too much by changing a motherboard for that.
But, well, if you want to void the warranty, you have to take out the screwdriver, and there's the risk of causing additional issues when removing a processor.
Personally, I would prefer to add, more is always better in this area, at least you have a backup.
Indeed, your situation is getting complicated...
There must be something you're doing wrong, but I'm not quite sure what.
Is it the PCIe card you bought that isn’t working at all?
Let’s recap:
The connection works on your motherboard but shows 10 Mbit/s, is that right?
Another PC at the end of the same cable works well at 1 Gbit/s, correct?
If you take a usb/gigabit adapter, it is detected, but there’s no connection with the same cable, right?
Same with the adapter on another PC?
You add a PCIe ethernet card, the card is recognized in the device manager, but there’s no connection with the same cable, we agree?
Either your box is very tricky, or your PC is misbehaving, or there’s something you’re doing wrong, to be checked.
And there you go, there it is....
But goodness, how annoying the line spacing is!!
the only difference being that the other laptop on which I'm doing the "tests" has a network card that allows a speed of 100 Mb/s (the maximum speed reached simply by plugging in the ethernet cable)
I really don't get it since at least my network card at 10 mB/s still has a connection compared to the one I just bought, even though it's properly connected to the motherboard since the PC recognizes it. I'm really unlucky.
Hello,
Windows + R
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.
Do you have a section --> other devices?
What do you have under network adapters?
Post a screenshot of the device manager

EX:
thank you for your help I found the problem it comes from the ethernet socket which was working before my troubles but apparently decided to let me down when I got my new PC, I directly connected it to the box and now everything is fine I have 1Gb/s
Indeed,
we would have advised you to do that if you had told us that you were using a wall outlet, especially since you mentioned that another PC was working in place of yours, which is hardly compatible with your final problem.
I always thought you had a direct cable.
We should also check if the cards and adapters you tried are working or not.
Edith,
oh sorry, I had forgotten that:
so normally it shouldn't be the ethernet cable (Cat 6) or the wall outlet. my bad.
However, this doesn't help to go in the right direction:
I tried with two other laptops and the connection is not throttled
