Today, my partner's laptop suddenly disconnected from the internet. I ran a diagnostic and here's the message: "the intel(R) wireless-AC 9462 is experiencing driver or hardware problems."

How can I resolve this issue?

    Windows + R
    Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

    What do you have under network adapters?

    Give the hardware ID of the intel(R) wireless-AC 9462
    Check this --> Find the hardware ID of a device
    Post the ID in your next message.

    Brand and model number of the PC?

    Windows 8, 10 or 11?
    32 or 64 bits?
