Hello,
I built my PC and installed Windows 10, 64-bit, and everything works, but I don't have internet, and the motherboard is (MSI Z390-A PRO). Does it have a built-in network card?

    Hello Alex001191,

Welcome to the CCM forum :)

    The driver must be missing.

Install the driver for your network card by clicking HERE

Once the driver is installed, restart your PC.

    Best regards,
    ChariduP - Have a nice day :)

I can't download it because I don't have internet access on my PC.

Download the driver from another computer, put it on a USB stick, and install the network driver on your computer from that stick.

Do you not have Internet access via the Ethernet cable?

Yes, I am downloading it on my phone; I will transfer it to an SD card and put it on the computer. Thank you very much.

I downloaded the drivers onto a USB stick that I plugged into the computer, but I don't know how to install them. I went to Device Manager and tried to install the internet controller, and I looked for the drivers on the USB stick, but it didn't work. I don't know if I need to install them manually. Please help me.

Every current PC has an Ethernet network card. You will therefore need an RJ45 cable. As for the drivers, the MSI Z390-A PRO was probably supplied with a driver CD, where you can find the network card drivers. You may not have a DVD/CD drive, so find someone with a PC that has this accessory and transfer the drivers to a USB stick.

Thank you very much, that helped me, but suddenly the screen turned pale yellow??? And Windows told me it could adjust applications so they wouldn't be blurry or something like that, I said okay, but it didn't change anything.
