Updating a Galaxy Tab 4 in 2022?

Hello,
I would like to reset my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 to factory settings. Since it is a 2014 tablet and originally runs on Android 4.4 KitKat, I would like to know if official updates for this model are still available. Are there any security patches, bug fixes, or Android version updates?

In my opinion, this is the last version... Android 5.0.2 Lollipop. You can perform a factory reset, but the last version previously mentioned remains Lollipop.
On the Official Site, it no longer appears.

But when I do a reset, will it go back to Android 4.4, so I'll have the option to install 5.0.2 without any issues?
These are old versions, that's why it doesn’t appear on the official site.
When your smartphone tries to update, what does it say on its screen? I did a reset in settings - Reset settings to default, everything was reset like new but as you said the version is Lollipop and when I try to update, I get the message that the software is up to date.
Basically, it reset everything while keeping my software updated. I thought it would go back to factory settings, so with Android KitKat. But that's fine with me. My tablet is smooth again. Thank you very much.
