Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 Update

Hello community!

I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1:

My Android version is 5.0.2. A new version is available but when I go to software updates, it tells me that I am already on the latest version available... Friends of mine have the same tablet as I do but they have received the latest update, how is that possible and how can I fix it?

Hello

saying Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 WiFi doesn’t mean anything by itself since there are variants like SM-T530..SM-T530NU..SM-T531 etc....so which one specifically?

Then you go here and check by typing your exact reference, for example sm-t530
