How to combine a Numbers spreadsheet with a Numbers calendar

Hello,

I am a medical student and I am currently using the J method. I don't know if anyone is familiar with this technique, but it allows for regular review of a course (e.g., on D0 (day 0), D1, D3, D7, etc.).

So I created a table on Numbers that automatically calculates the following review days when I write the date of the course on D0.

But I would like to link this table to a monthly calendar that I have placed next to this first sheet so that the calculated review days show up on an agenda.

However, I haven't found out how to do this, and it would be great if someone could help me!!

(I hope I have been clear enough in my explanations;))

Hello,

I'm not sure I fully understand the need and context, but for testing, I created a calendar in Numbers that alerts me to events every x days. A bit like what you must have done initially. I then sent myself the table with these dates via Mail. And in Mail, it is possible to insert these dates into the macOS Calendar - I don’t know if that helps... but just in case.
