External hard drive 2TB infinite loading

Hello, I have a Western Digital external hard drive of 2 TB that is almost full, as far as I remember. I would say it dates back 2 or 3 years... I recently connected this drive and the light stays on as if it's loading something, but nothing happens on the screen. It appears in My Computer but there’s nothing I can do when I click on it; there’s no information and nothing happens. I would say after 1 hour or 1 hour and 30 minutes, a small window pops up with the message:
Location not available
Incorrect parameter
Then when I right-click on it, there’s still this "infinite loading"
I can’t even see the settings, the menu, format... etc...
I have several Western Digital hard drives and have never had any issues.
What can I do, please? Have I lost the data?
Thank you, have a good day.

Hello
Is the problem occurring on another PC?
If so, either the case controller or the hard drive is dead.
If you can disassemble it and put the drive in another case or desktop PC, you'll be able to identify the culprit and whether the data is recoverable.Best regards

Hello,
So yes, I tried on another PC and also on a laptop, and it's the same thing on all three.
I’ve never taken apart something like this, but okay, thank you for your help.
Yes, if it would be possible to recover the data because, well, almost 2 TB after all.
Is there a reason that could have caused this? Because next to it, I have three others of the same
brand and never had any issues, this is the first time.
