Hello,
I have already tried to convert it to FAT32, but since the folder is too large at 4TB, conversion is impossible.
So since I can't afford to format it because I would lose everything! (I don't have any storage that could hold what's on the hard drive during formatting)
My question is:
How can I get my TV to detect the NTFS system?
I hope to get a response.

Hello,
if your TV does not recognize NTFS, there is no solution unless a firmware update has been released by the manufacturer to solve this issue. It is also possible that it recognizes NTFS but does not support 4 TB hard drives; you need to check the specifications of your TV, which you haven't provided the brand or model for.

your UE40H5000AW TV from 2014 https://www.samsung.com/be_fr/support/model/UE40H5000AWXXH/#downloads where you will find manuals explaining everything and a firmware update from 2016.
The second one is from 2009, so it’s normal that it does not support your 4TB hard drive.
In my opinion, your TVs are old and only support USB sticks or small hard drives.
If you want to connect your hard drive, you need to use a box like this https://www.mi.com/fr/mi-box-s/ as long as the connection of your TV allows it.
