PUK code blocked on the Uleway W 380 phone keyboard.

Hello everyone.

As the title suggests, I messed up when I wanted to reactivate my phone after a battery charge, and now I have "PUK code blocked" watermark on my screen and I can't go back with the phone key to get the PUK code request. What can I do? The screen of my phone lights up but I can't get the box displayed to enter this PUK code.

Any help from you would be welcome.

    Hello.

    You must have made many attempts with an invalid PUK code, resulting in your PUK code being locked and, consequently, your SIM card must also be locked; you just have to call your mobile operator.
