Erreur de boost sur Instagram
Closedenc -
Hello,
I have an error message after boosting a post that I don't understand, it mentions WhatsApp while WhatsApp is not linked to my Instagram account.
Here is the message: Multi-destination ads with WhatsApp not
available right now: Uncheck WhatsApp or
remove locations in Europe to continue.
Does anyone understand?

To respond to Naomie and the screenshot she added, as it is noted above, ads intended to receive MESSAGES no longer work in Europe due to the new regulations. However, other ads for clicks on a link, website, purchase, etc. should still work perfectly in Europe. Can you imagine if we couldn't advertise at all in Europe? That makes no sense!! And it’s not working at all either!! There is a real bug that is putting everyone in a bind, including me!! I sent a message to the help center on Instagram, and I will send a message to Meta. I advise you to do the same; perhaps it will eventually be resolved unless, of course, someone has found another solution!!
Hey! I can't boost for my post (I make my living through Instagram), so I've tried in vain and always get the same error message (attached). I created an account on Meta Business on my computer, and through that, I can boost my Instagram ads, which are currently under review. I'll let you know if they get launched or not (fingers crossed).

I wrote on Twitter, on Instagram, I have zero solutions and news. I tried removing professional mode, turning it back on, installing and uninstalling the app. Don't waste your time, nothing worked!
Even in automatic targeting, I get the same error message!
Me neither, it doesn't work!!
I found a temporary solution (for now):
When you set up your Instagram boost from Meta Business on your browser, as soon as you modify a parameter (especially the daily budget), the "publish" button at the bottom right becomes clickable again.
You can cheat (you have to be quick!) and click on it before it goes gray again, and it seems to work. I did it an hour ago and I just received a notification from Meta saying that my sponsorship is published (I can also see that the "boost" is active on Instagram. I don’t have any insights available yet to confirm that it's running, but I'm quite confident.
I hope this can help you!
I have the same problem. I contacted customer service and even spoke to someone on the line. For now, the general terms are causing issues between Meta and Europe. My "advisor" from Meta professional support is supposed to send an email as soon as everything is back to normal. I spoke to him yesterday morning, but for now, it’s still blocked. His last email from yesterday: they haven't found the solution yet, we have to wait.
