Box without internet, secure

Hello,

I am currently setting up a Bbox. I am trying to make a WIFI connection from a Windows 11 PC. When I connect to the box, I receive the following message: no internet access. Your device can only access other devices on your local network.

    Hello,

    The WIFI is working because I tried it with a phone.

    On the other hand, the connection is fine because if I enter an invalid key, it tells me so.

    At times, the connection lasts 1 or 2 minutes, then I get the message "no internet, secured."

    I also have this message on the PC:

    No internet access; your device can only reach other devices on your local network.

      wifi and internet are different, a powered box broadcasts a wifi signal but if your box is not connected to the internet it will broadcast its wifi without internet

      are the lights on your box activated? especially the @

    Hello everyone,

    Sorry, I made a diagnostic error. The phone wasn't working on Wi-Fi! And the light on the box being on wasn't the right color.

    So there was no internet and therefore no Wi-Fi.
