JVC KD-R821BT Car Radio

Hello,

My JVC KD-R821BT car radio is stuck... I can't switch to the radio or lower the volume. I have reset the radio, but nothing worked. What should I do!

I need your help!!!

      Hello,

      The car radio is second-hand.

      The car radio can read my USB stick, but when I try to switch from my USB stick to the radio, I can't even turn the volume up or down; everything is stuck, and it happened all of a sudden.

        My USB drive works perfectly on my computer, I can even play music in the car radio. When I want to switch to the radio, it doesn't work...
