User profile issue after reset

Hello, I want to sell my computer and I therefore performed a full reset of it. Following that, the logical next step which should have happened, namely restarting my computer by reinstalling Windows, connecting to my profile, etc., like a first startup, I found myself in front of my lock screen with my profile, asking for my password. After entering my password, an error message appears saying "The user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." I have looked for solutions on certain forums to resolve my issue, but so far nothing works. I try to start in safe mode, but the screen gets stuck on "Welcome" after entering my password.

Can you help me, please?

Yes, I reset it directly on my desktop the first time, and I tried again a second and third time since from the Windows settings at startup, none of them worked, much to my regret.

      copy/paste.

I used the forum options for the links, see the "chain" in the comments menu.

I encounter the same problem when copying the link; the link directs me to Microsoft support and tells me that I am invited to use Microsoft 365.

Can you screen the content of the link and send it here?

on the Microsoft store at the bottom of the page, you have your account profile

you will be able to see your devices and you can schedule a repair

Excuse me, but I don't see the usefulness of your link? It redirects me to an article or to the homepage corresponding to your screenshot. I tried to search for the article "Delete Microsoft account from Windows 10" but the content isn't very useful since my safe mode isn't working, at least I still haven't found a way to make it work and access it.

Hi, you’re overthinking it, just reinstall Windows from a USB drive and it will work on the first try

Given that I don't have access to much, how should I proceed?

I'm encountering a problem while reinstalling Windows from my USB drive, attached photo. All the locations show an error.

Delete all partitions, then select the disk on which you want to install Windows and click Next.

    Hello,

Since you deleted the partition, all your files, folders, and programs have also been deleted.

However, there is no need to create an account; the future user will have to create an account or use the account they already have.
