Mobile display issue


Hello, here is the server information:

Wordpress version: 6.0.1
Theme: Astra, with Starter Template
Plugins: Elementor / Starter Templates / Duplicate Page


The site has no issues on PC, and the display in mobile or tablet mode with Elementor is fine too!
However, when I access from a real mobile, I have display problems...
No specific plugins installed....

In the header.php file, I have: "<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">"

Do you have any idea?

Hello,

Actually, I just realized that it happens even on PCs, as long as I access the site via its public domain name...

I have a PFSENSE with an HAPROXY on it that redirects requests based on the requested server;

test1.fr -> SRV-TEST1

test2.fr -> SRV-TEST2

The redirection works well because I can display part of the site but not everything...

No issues locally....

I don't understand xD

Hello, it may not be a technical issue but sometimes even if your template is responsive you need to make some adjustments through Elementor. To visualize your site as it appears on different smartphone screens, you can use a tool like Responsinator.

Hello,

Thank you for your response. As I mentioned in my last post, this is also happening on the PC.

Whenever I try to display the site from an external address, it breaks the layout. This must be an issue with my HAPROXY.
