Image display in Safari

Hello,
I created a small site for my son: (https://reiki-sq.fr) wordpress at Hostinger (Bravada theme).
I can use VirtualBox on my Windows PC to "simulate" other operating systems.
The site works on Windows, Linux Mint, Android but not correctly on Safari (OS Catalina - Mac).
On the latter, the theme image does not display ("?" instead), and the icon doesn't either, but the content (text) is correct. I regenerated the favorites and cache, checked the possibility of displaying images, with no results.
Do you have any idea? The images are in Webp. Thank you

Hello,
See here the different image formats... https://developer.mozilla.org/fr/docs/Web/Media/Formats/Image_types
When searching for the WebP format, the Internet browser Safari does not support it.

Thank you for your responsiveness.
If I understood correctly, we need to adjust the image type depending on the browser. For example, using *.Jpg for Safari, while I want to keep it in Webp for other browsers (for performance reasons).
Unfortunately, I don't know how to do that....
Thank you.
