Hello,

A year ago, I subscribed to an Elementor subscription for €50 a year to build my website, but since then I haven’t been using it and I just realized that I was automatically charged €58 three days ago. However, I was not aware of the automatic debits, and for the past three days, I have tried to contact support but I keep receiving an email saying that their address no longer exists... And when I try to find a way to disable my account or the debits, I am redirected to sites with vague explanations. Does anyone have a definitive way to stop the debits and delete my account? I’m honestly starting to despair, I feel like I’m being scammed...

    Hello,

    Does anyone have a radical way to stop the withdrawals and delete my account? Not on CCM because this can only be done by intervening on your provider's servers, which is prohibited by law, by the CCM charter, and by the fact that we volunteers do not engage in such practices.

    However, if you have terminated your subscription or sent them a message to that effect, you can follow the instructions below by contacting your bank, which will inform you of what it can do:
