Throttled connection to 11 MB/s

I have a small issue when I download games; I’m not using my whole connection even though when I do a speed test https://www.speedtest.net/fr/result/13435759376 I get 95 Mbps. But even that seems low to me; I live in Paris and I have fiber.

How can I increase my connection, please?

    Hello,

    First point: How is your computer connected to the box? (ethernet cable, wifi?)

    If it's via wifi, connect with a cable and redo the test.
    This will allow you to see if the speed is compatible with what your ISP promised you.
    According to the speedtest, I assume this ISP is Orange. Depending on the subscription, you should have 500 Mb/s or 2Gb/s.

    Second point: you are mixing Mb/s and Mo/s. If you are downloading at 11 Mo/s, that equals 88 Mb/s; it's compatible with the speedtest.

    Third point: download speed depends on the servers hosting the game. You can't do anything about it.

        Are you connected with a direct cable?

        If so, try a different cable and check the status of your connection to see at what speed it connects.

        11 Mo/s corresponds to 88 Mbps, which is therefore more than sufficient.

    Hello,

    What kind of subscription do you have with Orange?
    If you have 100 Mega with your ISP, your internet connection is completely normal.
    If you have 500 Mega, then there's a problem. Worse if you have 1 Giga or 2.
