Hello,

I need your help please! I have a problem with the TikTok app, I can no longer perform a video search; I'm attaching a photo for better understanding, so instead of videos, usernames appear in my search.

    I had the same thing! I logged out at the bottom of the TikTok settings and logged back in, and since then it's been fine.

        You need to clear the data of the TikTok app on your phone. Long press the icon and tap on the small i (which allows you to take a quick look at the app's information).

        Go to “Storage and cache” and tap on “Clear storage.” Confirm your choice and then reconnect. :-)
