VPN and IPTV Subscription Issues

Hello, to summarize my VPN is connected and as soon as I open my IPTV application it doesn't work ????... I have to disconnect my VPN for it to work... Have you ever had this issue? I tried with Ghost, Nord VPN, and Express, and the same problem occurs with all three... Best regards
