Hello,
I took a smart IPTV subscription, installed it on my TV. I bought a Xiaomi S box and did various tests. For the purposes of the test, I used a trial number on the box, which has now expired. I uninstalled the smart IPTV app from my TV and would like to reinstall it because it is valid and ongoing on the box. To do this, I would just need to put the MAC address of the TV back on the box. However, it keeps insisting that I validate my trial by repaying, and I have no access to any menu that allows me to enter the MAC address that I had on my TV. No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall the app on the box, I can't seem to get it to work. Can someone please help me?
