Hello, I come here because I have an update problem with my Ryzen 5 5600x. I'm trying to update it on Driver Cloud, but this message appears when the update starts. I look forward to your response.

There is no CPU update, only the motherboards' chipsets; the problem lies elsewhere, it could be software or hardware. In the latter case, we need to check the other components that may be misaligned with the processor.
Without more details, it is impossible to know.
Hello,
A CPU does not get updated, cloud drivers are useless on win10/11 except on very old PCs or specific devices like sometimes those of the case controllers.
Almost everything is handled through Windows Update except for motherboard support for certain specific utilities which are not mandatory, or you can go to NVIDIA or AMD to take advantage of the latest video drivers.
To verify, you need to go to the Device Manager, if there are no exclamation triangle and if the name of the graphics card is recognized, then everything is good.
Thank you, I would first like to thank you for your response. So to summarize, I cannot update my processor? Because I play video games, but I feel that because of this I have significantly less performance in-game. I take my son as an example, who plays Fortnite, and has much less performance than expected.
Hello
I confirm, there is nothing to update for a processor.

Hi,
First, go to this site https://www.amd.com/en/support to download the chipset driver that matches your motherboard's chipset. Socket AM4 then > if it’s a B450/B550/X450 etc.
Then, to uninstall, I recommend > Microsoft Program_Install_and_Uninstall; by clicking it, it will directly download MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta
Run it, click Next then Uninstall
And there, uninstall each AMD one by one > AMD GPIO /..CHIPSET
After that, install the AMD chipset you downloaded earlier.
In the official AMD link I provided at the beginning, there is a Download for > Auto-Detect and Install for Windows® 10/11*
a small utility that will detect your hardware and automatically install the drivers that match your hardware.
to test ... But if you solve your problem before, it will be pointless.
PS: There is no update for the CPU 5600X as such (You are being too stubborn!)
Otherwise, for the 3600X & 5800X, for example, it offers something. But it is only the AMD Ryzen Master.
If you want to control the frequency/voltage of your CPU, here is the link > https://download.amd.com/Desktop/AMD-Ryzen-Master.exe
