New phone slow.

Hello everyone,
I recently bought a Samsung A13; it’s brand new, and I'm noticing some issues. It seems quite slow and sometimes has a frustrating lag that I don’t think is normal for a new phone. I wanted to know if anyone has a solution or an idea about what might be going on with the phone, whether it’s just a default issue with the device or if the phone is inherently slow, or if it’s just slower because it’s being used for the first time.
Can anyone help me?
Best regards and thanks in advance.

Hello
If it's a "new" smartphone, perform a complete setup again by following the procedure carefully (total loss of data and installed apps, make a backup).
To reset to "factory settings," go to Settings, Global Management, Reset, Reset all data...
If the issue persists after reinstallation... New means under warranty, get it replaced where you bought it!!
See you later.

Hello,
The slowness may possibly be explained by these reasons (not exhaustive):
- presence of an antivirus running in the background
- phone encryption activated

Hello everyone,
Check if all the updates are done, both for the version and the applications... it may take a while. Then restart.
-
Of course, but no updates seem to be running in the background; is there a way to see if other updates are occurring behind the scenes?

Stay tuned for the applications...

Have you restarted the phone? Sometimes it's necessary to validate updates.
Did you enter a gmail.com account to properly use the Play Store, for example?

Is it slow for everything or only when you're browsing the internet?
-
Generally a bit of everything, I've sometimes noticed very slow transitions on the keyboard keys when I type, and even some applications launch with a long latency for applications that require very little performance.

Have you installed apps, games... 4GB of RAM fills up quickly on a smartphone?
-
some of them are quite inefficient, but if the games are closed I don't see why they would take up RAM. Unless of course they are running in the background.
