Hello,
a small icon is present in the top left (absence of reception?)
base is blinking on my 3 devices and I can't make or receive calls. It is a Gigaset A 415.
Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello,
Your three combined devices have lost radio connection with the base...
Check that the base is properly powered.
The power outlet is operational and the power supply cable is properly connected to the base.

To check that the base is properly connected, when you place the phone on it, it emits a sound.

To reconnect the phones to the base, disconnect the base electrically.
Press the pairing button on this base (it's the only button, I believe).
Keep it pressed and reconnect the power.
Hold it down for 15 seconds.
Place the phones one after the other until they re-register.

Ok for the beep when you place the handset on the base..

However, regarding the pairing... it's a bit of a mess.

IF the problem is solely due to an unpowered base, then the handsets will re-establish connection with it as soon as it becomes operational.
However, if they do not re-pair automatically, then a double action will be required
Registration of the handsets via the menu and a long press on the "paging" button on the base.
See manual on page 12 - Manual registration of the handset.

      Hello,
No, it's not a bit of nonsense
I worked for a year in Gigaset support, it's a standard procedure for all models.
Pressing during connection resets the base, and all models have an automatic association by contact.

What you are describing to me is a factory reset of the base.
This procedure, if the base is operational, will immediately unregister all handsets and will lead to having to re-register each of the 3 handsets one by one in the case of a trio model like Chris's.

This reset procedure is detailed on page 15 of the manual.

      Hello Baladur,
Since "base" is flashing on all 3 of Chris's handsets, it is indeed the right procedure to reset the base and re-register them.
The re-registration can be done either via the electronic switch or by putting the base into pairing mode and searching for the base in the menu of each handset.
The simplest method being pairing through the switch first, especially after a base reset.
