Problem with Gigaset C300A landline phone

On GIGASET C300A display saying "Memory full! Delete SMS"
I never send SMS from this Orange landline.
I cannot receive or make calls AND cannot activate call forwarding

    Hello, you may have received some SMS, for example, advertising messages.. or a copy of an SMS normally intended for a mobile phone (wrong number)
    you need to delete these received SMS

    navigate through the SMS menu using the up/down directional key
    then read, then delete, then ok

      Hello and thank you for your help.
      I navigated as explained from my phone but without result. For your information, when trying to view the complete manual from the provided link, I am shown on the computer "You have not correctly entered the verification code". I logged directly into 20' and will keep you updated.
