    Hello...

    Internet network: do you just mean that you're connected to a box?
    If so, which one?
    Is the "phone" indicator on your box on, blinking, or off...?
    What display do you have on the mobiles?

    I suppose it's when people call you that they end up on voicemail?!
    When you pick up, do you have the line or not (tone)?
    What does your phone display when it's idle?
    Has it ever worked or is it new equipment?

      Hello, I'm rephrasing the question because I have a seemingly identical issue, namely that I can neither make calls nor receive calls. However, the signals on the phone are as usual. It has been working for about 3 years. Network via the internet. Thank you for reading. Phone Gigaset A420.
