I downloaded Ubuntu on my PC, and after installing it, everything went well but I can't connect to Wi-Fi or Ethernet, what should I do?

here are several steps to recover a wireless Internet connection on Ubuntu/Linux
1) Check that your wireless adapter is enabled and that Ubuntu recognizes it: see Device recognition and operation. Check if drivers are available for your wireless adapter; install and verify them: see Device drivers. Check your Internet connection: see Wireless connections.

Open the system menu on the right side of the top bar.
Select Wi-Fi not connected to expand the menu.
Choose Select a network.
Browse the names of nearby networks. Select the one you want and press Connect. …
Enter the network password and press Connect.
