Choppy image on Netflix

Hello,
I bought a wired connected Philips Android TV and subscribed to Disney +.
I often experience choppy images at the beginning of a movie, and I feel like Android is lagging; the images when starting Disney + take a while to load. Whereas on the TV downstairs connected to an Android MI box via Wi-Fi, I don't have this problem.

      Hello yes, the connections are well made. It only does that at the beginning of the movie.
