Hello, I just bought a DVD player for the car from Thomson, the THP369B. I was told that I could put movies on a USB stick and connect it to the device for easier use, so I'm doing that by installing movies for kids like Peppa Pig. When I open it, I get sound but no image.

Hello,

It's not that straightforward... Yes, it can work, but under certain conditions... The Video file you put on your USB stick must comply with the standards read by this device... And copy-pasting doesn't work.
We can also add that many videos are protected against piracy...
And you haven't explained how you created this video file and where it comes from...???

This player accepts DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, DVD-Video, CD, CD-R/RW, AVI, XviD, so for a USB stick, only AVI and XviD remain as file extensions... I think this equipment is old because it doesn't support MP4
That doesn't prevent copyright blocking.

Use punctuation (you know commas and periods) when you write.
It's incomprehensible!
