Hello,
for some time now I have not been receiving voicemail messages on the answering machine of my landline but only on my Orange voicemail. My answering machine is indeed turned on, before I had the messages on my answering machine that flashed when there was a message, so I could filter calls (useful with nuisance calls), now I can no longer hear anything and my answering machine indicates 0 messages but I have an email from Orange saying that I have a message.
I would really like to find my messages on my answering machine, do you have any idea how to proceed? I went on the Orange app but I didn't find anything.

Thank you very much for your help.

    Hi,
for this kind of fairly classic problem, you just need to set the Orange answering machine to a longer duration than your phone's.
For example, 30 seconds for your answering machine and 60 seconds for Orange.
Often, it's rather in terms of rings, but if you have a melody, it can be hard to count them.
Let's say 4 rings for your phone and 6 for Orange's.
This way, your answering machine will answer first.
You might respond that it worked well before, but Orange can change the default settings without warning, so you need to anticipate and adjust.

I just tried, it works but what I said is incomprehensible, there is a high-pitched crackling like feedback.

you might want to turn off the speaker of the answering machine when you try it with a phone next to it :-)
