Hello everyone,

Since Thursday morning when I turn on the TV, my screen is blue. However, we do have sound. I unplugged the TV for several hours but it’s still the same. I saw on forums that this might come from a firmware update, but I can’t find how to fix it knowing that on the manufacturer’s website, I don’t see any tab marked firmware or update.
Knowing that it is under warranty, I contacted Toshiba's customer service on Friday, and they asked me to send them photos of the screen while it’s working, and they will keep me informed.

Hello and welcome to this forum,

Since it is under warranty, definitely don't touch it as that could void it
No other advice to give you than to wait with Toshiba's customer service

Hello,

In this case, we have to wait…
It's possible that the panel is dead or there is also a problem with the backlighting…
Please note that these are just assumptions; we are on a forum.

Have you tried unplugging all the devices connected to it, then turning it off and back on?
