Toshiba TV 43U5766DG Blue Screen

Hello,

I have a Toshiba TV 43U5766DG.

For a few days now, when I turn on my TV, it displays a blue screen during startup.

I can only use the power button on the remote control to turn on the TV. However, it's impossible to use the source button on the remote. It doesn't work, nor do any of the other buttons. Therefore, I cannot access any menus on the TV.

In your opinion, what could be the problem I am experiencing?
