The keyboard appears over the text area

Hello,

when I want to type a text message, the keyboard appears over the text area, so I can't see what I'm writing. How can I solve this problem? I have a Nokia 8.1

Configuration: Windows / Edge 101.0.1210.39

    Ok! I misunderstood your problem.

    On the keyboard, there is an icon with 3 small dots. Click on it.
    What happens next depends on the keyboard you are using:
    • With Google's Gboard, you will see Floating; click on it to return to the normal keyboard.
    • With other keyboards, you may have the same functionality directly accessible; or it might require going through an intermediate menu, like Modes. I don't know what Nokia has done. You might need to search a bit. But it’s very likely that by going through the icon with the 3 small dots, you will find the solution.

    Hello,

    Normally, you can scroll the text area up by dragging it upwards (with your finger on the screen), so that the writing line is visible.

      Hello and thank you. I had always kept the keyboard at the bottom and I managed to move it up, thank you, but I want it to be back at the bottom like before and it's not working???
