Hello, I've had this shrill beep every 30 seconds non-stop for a week. Even if I cut the power, the noise continues. SFR Red tells me there's nothing they can do... The noise is coming from the wall-mounted fiber box. Bouygues had installed it for me, and now I'm with SFR Red. Who can replace this box for me?

it depends if you are in a collective (more than 5 apartments in the building) or individual system.
In a collective system, there is a building operator for that.
In an individual system, it is the commercial operator, which is SFR in your case, that is responsible for maintaining the connection.
However, given the problem, there is little chance they will comply with your request, especially since the source of the issue must be external, not the PTO itself, as it is just the entry point.
