No network emergency only

Hello,

My father's DORO 2404 phone hasn't recognized the Free network for 3 weeks now, even though it was working before.
When I search for a new network on the phone, Free doesn't appear while other networks (Orange, Bouygues, SFR) do.
Does anyone have a solution?

    Yes, the PIN code is entered, a big OK appears, then the phone searches for a network .....

    Then a red cross appears at the network level and only emergency numbers are available.

    Since this phone is 2G, I wonder if the 2G network has been discontinued because my 4G phone is still working.

      You can try his SIM card in another phone to see if the network works, to check if it's the SIM card or the phone.
