No network abroad

Hello,

I subscribed to the €19.99 plan with Free, which allows me to use it abroad without additional charges. As soon as I arrived, I couldn't get any network. I've already checked all the forums and followed all the instructions, particularly regarding removing the blocked plan or activating data roaming. I removed my SIM card and tried all possible manipulations, but nothing works. It was working fine before I left. I'm trying to contact Free through internet assistance, but the service isn't working.. Does anyone have any idea what I can do?

I don't know if it's possible, but if you have a WiFi network, try calling them via Whatsapp, it's free whatsapp .

It's always more or less incomprehensible, mobile plans, having to distinguish between calls, SMS, MMS, data, to, from...

"Europe" is generally considered as the European Economic Area, and depending on the country you're in, the data plan may or may not be included.

More generally, this data does not transit abroad through its own operator, but through the local operator with which it has (or has not) made agreements for that purpose.
