Hello, I need help with a problem I had with my S7.
First of all, about 3 hours ago my phone froze. I was in the process of deleting 5 .com.google.Chrome files of several gigabytes from my phone. I managed to perform a forced restart which lasted 2 hours. At the end of this restart, I was able to use my phone correctly for 5 minutes until I decided to use Google. At that moment, there was a second crash before my phone turned off. I tried the forced restart but no response. Even though it was at 25% battery, I charged my phone but there was no reaction. Finally, I tried the command (power + home + volume up) and still no signal... What can I do to fix it, and if it's possible, does it require a reset?

I think you should reinstall Android 6.0 Marshmallow from your PC.

Could it be due to a faulty battery or an operating system problem?

If you have ever changed your battery since you got your phone, I would say yes. I recommend changing it.

Hello, I have roughly the same problem, but for me a white LED blinks and the startup screen appears for about 5 to 30 seconds, rarely longer (it's a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge). I think it might be the battery, but I've seen on some forums that they suggested changing the motherboard. After that, you can send your phone to the service center.
