Lenovo tablet won't turn on

Hello, I have the school tablet that was given to us, which is a Lenovo Tab M10. I charged it all day but it still doesn't work, knowing that this happened to me before and I sent it back to Lenovo for repairs. They fixed it, but I received it a month ago and it was working very well, and now it has turned off again and doesn't work. So I would like to know how to succeed in turning it back on.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 81.0.4044.117

    Hello,

    1. Plug the power adapter into the wall and connect it to the tablet. The tablet should now turn on. Lenovo recommends charging the device for 8 hours before first use.
    2. For a completely drained device, leave it plugged in and turned off for at least 12 hours.

      Mais ce n'est pas la première utilisation, elle marchait très bien puis d'un coup je ne pouvais plus la charger.

        What exactly is your problem? - Intermittent freezes or tablet not responding
        - The system does not start properly on Android but seems to power on
        - The system does not appear to be powered on
        - An update has failed
        - Display issues
