Hi, I just received fiber but I don't see it displayed on my PC while I can connect to it on my phone and I also see my neighbors' networks.

Hi

Too vague

Which box exactly and which Wi-Fi network card in the PC?

The wifi card is Asus PCE-N10.

Is that your answer to my question?

Already, for your half of an answer, your card only supports 2.4 GHz

Since we still don't know what kind of box you have..

Hi,
the fiber isn't reaching your PC and even less your smartphone.
You're probably talking about the wifi network from the box?
For the PC, you'll need to check the update of its wifi card driver, and if it's still not working, you should try going into your box's configuration interface and rename the two wifi networks, 2.4 and 5 GHz, to different SSID names, for example am2 and am5, to see if the issue is the same on both.

and ... There you go!

I think I didn't express myself well, sorry. What I meant is that on my PC I can see my neighbors' BBoxes but I can't see mine, and on my smartphone, I was able to connect to my box. That's what I don't understand: why I was able to find the network on my phone but not on my PC.

That's what I understood and I stand by what I said...
But it's better to say it correctly, indeed.

I had already checked the Wi-Fi card drivers, but otherwise I don't understand what you're saying in the second part.

It's okay, I found the answer myself. Thanks for the replies, I just had to switch from Wi-Fi 6 to Wi-Fi 5.

Which one to switch?
the box or the PC?

If you had answered the question about your box model, we would have told you

In fact, your solution is not to downgrade the box (from Wi-Fi 6 to Wi-Fi 5) but to upgrade your Wi-Fi card.

At the same time, Wi-Fi 6 isn't really useful for most people in a home network.
In public access points with a lot of people, it can have an effect, but at home with 2 or 3 devices, it's a bit overkill.
