Hello,
How do you proceed to update this driver? And where do you download it?
See you later! -
Have you tried those from HP?
See you! -
Hello,
Windows + R
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.
Give the hardware ID of the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter
Check this --> Find the hardware ID of a device
Post the ID in your next message.
Example image:

Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits
Download this driver --> Intel
Right-click on the driver --> igfx_win_101.1660.zip
Select --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to "igfx_win_101.1660\"
Go to Device Manager
Right-click on the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter
Update driver
Browse my computer for drivers
Choose from a list of available drivers...
Have Disk
Browse
Go to the extracted driver folder --> igfx_win_101.1660
Folder --> Graphics
Select the file --> iigd_dch.inf and OK.
Restart.

Hello, the driver has removed the black screen issue without being turned off, but no image is displayed on the computer screen anymore. When I uninstall it, I get the image back, but the screen goes black again when I switch to the second screen only. Neither the repair nor the reinstallation has resolved the problem. I don't know what to do anymore.

I have a problem as soon as I update the drivers for the integrated Intel HD Graphics 630 graphics card; the issue has been going on for several months.
Did you have this problem before the updates?
Did you format the disk before reinstalling Windows cleanly?
Is the BIOS updated?
Is Windows updated, either version 21H2?
-
I hadn’t made any updates when it happened, I have automatic updates disabled. The problem occurred during a restart.
Yes, I formatted the hard drive because all my data is stored on an external hard drive.
How can I tell if the BIOS is up to date?
Yes, I do have the latest version of Windows 21H2 dated November. -
I managed to work around the issue by displaying both screens output on the NVIDIA graphics card. The energy consumption will certainly be higher, but I haven't found anything better for now. Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that before the driver, no image was visible on either screen with this graphics card.

In the absence of an update, the name changes to Intel HD Graphics 630
If you don't do the update, does the Intel work?

Not keeping Windows up to date is not a good idea.
Have a good day.

Without the update, the screen displays the image but I am unable to change anything on this screen: resolution, brightness, or even apply a blue light filter. And when the screen is not in use (when I plug in another screen), it is black but not turned off.
The update fixed the latter problem but no image is displayed anymore.
