Cannot start my PC, black screen with codes

Hello, I have an MSI Katana GF76 11UG-443XFR
It is brand new and I’m turning it on for the first time, and then I see a black page with codes and the famous phrase "press ESC in 1 seconds to skip startup.nsh, any other key to continue." No matter what I do, I can't start my PC; I bought it with Windows 10 integrated. When I type exit, I end up on a page that says "MSI click BIOS" with several tabs including: main, advanced, boot, security, and save & exit
Everything is in English and I don’t understand much, I would need some help please, thank you in advance!

    Hello,

it seems that your computer does not have an OS (Windows or others...)
If you are sure you bought a PC with Windows, contact your seller and discuss it with them ---> warranty. Customer service.

    Talk to you soon!

Thank you for your response. Considering that I do not have an OS, how can I obtain one and what steps should I take?

      MSI - Katana GF76 11UG-443XFR
      17.3" FHD 144Hz - RTX 3070 GDDR6 8Go - intel Core i7-11800H - RAM 16 Go - SSD 1 To - Windows 10 Home
This is exactly what I bought, and it clearly says Windows 10 Home, so is my PC supposed to have Windows then?

      Hello,

It is possible that the PC indeed has Windows 10 but starts from the EFI partition instead of the Windows disk.

If that is the case, you need to enter the BIOS and the appropriate section (Windows Boot Manager or equivalent) and “move up” this Windows disk using the arrow keys or F keys until it becomes the first in the boot order, save using the indicated key (often F10) and exit.

If you want to install Linux, Ubuntu is a good choice. If you want Windows, you need to download it using another computer and purchase a license, which can be found online for cheap...

I would have preferred Windows, aren't there any USB drives with Windows 10 directly on them? Because I don't have another PC available.

    avoid duplicate posts...

In your first photo to access go to "system language" and change it to French.
In the 5th photo try "load optimized default" then F10 to save and restart the PC.

    See you later!

There is no language in French, that's the first thing I tried to do, there's only in English and Chinese or Japanese, I will try again when I get back.

    Hello.
Sorry, but this reference is indeed sold WITHOUT OS:

      Hello
Rue du commerce, for example, seems to sell it with Windows 10

      https://www.rueducommerce.fr/rayon/ordinateurs-64/pc-portable-gamer-8032/type-de-carte-graphique_geforce-rtx-3070

We need to find out who sold it.
If the seller installs Windows themselves, they provide and ensure its presence and proper functioning at the startup of the PC and the OS, whether it's new or a refurbished guaranteed used one.

Yet on the technical sheet it says it's there, strange, too bad I will have to buy it if it doesn't work

        Hello.
RueDuCommerce is Carrefour. It's no surprise that they put anything in the product description.
Check your invoice or warranty, that's what counts.
If you need to install W10, the issue is not the price (less than €1) but the time to be spent.
