I can't print my invoices.

Hello,
I can't print my invoices on the Ciel Gestion software, when I try to print the following message appears:

Error: the file "undefined" cannot be found

I heard that documents processed by management software are, once the exercise is finished, "sealed" or something like that...
If you can't find a solution, all that's left is to use the good old method of taking a screenshot by pressing Command - Control - 4 (') ....

It has nothing to do with this thread. You should find a thread that better corresponds to your situation and (above all) describe more precisely what it's about. In particular, if it's new or if it has never been possible, which software is involved, on which printer, what a PDF output looks like, in short, elements that help to get an idea of the situation encountered...
