Hello, I want to reconnect my TV through the antenna (because I want to receive Belgian channels) but the problem is that when my internet provider installed the fiber, they opened the antenna socket and cut the antenna cable inside, so now I can't see it at all. I can no longer watch TV through the antenna, thank you in advance.

Hello
an installer is not allowed to cut/remove any wires (copper ADSL, TV, ...) even if you no longer use them.
Contact your provider, as they are the ones who sent the technician.
But since they often use subcontractors, it's a mission impossible to get repairs
For your cable, try to find/pull the cable with long-nose pliers (sometimes there is some play in the cable.)
Otherwise, make another TV socket further away, following the direction of the embedded conduit.

Hello,
I think we should try to fix it with an extension (if one exists), but that might result in a loss of reception.
The image that follows is what the installers did, but although they went through the TV duct, they didn't trim my original installation at all.

The problem for me is that they didn't run the fiber through here; they ran it through another place, but they cut the cable so badly that the cable doesn't even stick out anymore.
Well, contact a consumer protection association. In Maine and Loire, a woman has also been harmed by the aesthetics of the installation.

or replace the entire TV cable in the conduit with a pull wire.
