Poco M3 - Unable to Turn On

Hello, for some time now, I've noticed a problem with my Poco M3: every time it turns off due to low battery, I can't turn it back on. No matter how much I plug it in, nothing shows up (normally there’s a small battery icon), and I've tried leaving it to charge for hours and attempting to turn it back on, but nothing happens... This has happened to me twice already, and both times it miraculously turned back on after I got frustrated with it and pressed the button insistently (which I was doing every 2 hours, yes I can't live without my phone..) by doing this the battery symbol appeared for about half a second in some sort of glitch, then it turned on and started charging from the beginning (even though it had been plugged in for days...) since then I've tried my best to make sure it doesn't run out of battery anymore, but yesterday I plugged it in incorrectly and it turned off. It's been "charging" without any sign of life since yesterday and I'm seriously getting fed up. Does anyone have a solution? (preferably a solution that doesn't involve going to a repair shop because if I could afford it, it would already be done) Thanks in advance :)
