Hello,
I'm having a problem with my Asus laptop. The functions of the uppercase and lowercase keys are reversed.
I tested it with a USB keyboard connected: same problem.
I tried ctrl+shift on a word processing document: the issue persists.
Could this be a sign of the end of life for the laptop?

Thank you Aunt Elise, I think I can find the answer on this page.
When I activate the Caps Lock key, it types in lowercase. Apparently, it could be a stuck key.
