Laptop: F7 and F8 key issue

Salut mes amis... j'ai un PC portable HP ProBook 4710s... mon problème, c'est que la touche F7 et F8 ne fonctionnent pas... j'ai essayé aussi FN+F7 ou FN+F8 et ça ne marche pas.
Quelle est la solution à ce problème ?
