Hello,
I am writing to you because I am encountering a small "problem" (which I think isn't really a problem), let me explain:
On my PC, there are small LEDs (a nice little RGB that changes colors) on the motherboard that remain constantly lit.
The motherboard reference is: ASUS TUF GAMING B560 PLUS WIFI
I tried to follow the instructions from this forum: https://www.asus.com/fr/support/FAQ/1042220/ but without success. The motherboard LEDs still remain lit when the computer is off.

Could you help me, please?
Thank you in advance,
Best regards,

Hello
As for me, nothing unusual. A turned-off PC still remains under minimal power, which allows for WOL among other things.
A PC is only electrically off if you unplug it or use the switch on the power supply case (if there is one).
Best regards

Hello,
Yes, I agree with you that a PC stays powered on to some extent, no debates there.
However, when the device is turned off, I have RGB on the motherboard that stays in "rainbow" mode, which is annoying when the room is dark..
I just want this, PC off, RGB LEDs off.
Sorry if I didn't express myself properly before.

I understood perfectly, but if the manufacturer hasn't planned anything, it's simply not possible.
Power supply = LED activation.
So, all you have to do is turn off the PC electrically. If that's not easily accessible, you can add a remote-controlled socket. You can find them everywhere. You can change the PC case to a closed case.
