Hi Redbart
Thanks for the link. After reading and applying it from A to Z, nothing works; it's impossible. Could you possibly give it a try and let me know what you think?
I don't know, but do you think there might be another link for downloading?
Yes, no problem for what you said. When it's resolved, I always do it on forums.
Thank you. -

Hello Redbart
Thank you for your links, I succeeded but when I have to select my PC for creation, it doesn't appear in the dropdown menu and I have a second option which is to directly enter the PC reference, but it doesn't accept it.
Another question, do you think that by using Linux it could work (as long as it is useful, I’m not saying like Windows)?
Thank you. -
The PC reference can be the s/n (serial number) not its commercial name
for Linux, this seems to be of a higher level of complexity

Hi Redbart,
I tried again but nothing in the dropdown menu nor with the S/N, I don't know what to do.
However, when I turn on the PC, the page says:
Google Chrome OS is missing or damaged.
Please insert a USB stick or recovery card.
And at the bottom of the page, it says model FALCO C2Q-S2Q-D5X.
THANK YOU. -
