Well, I'm arriving a bit late, but I will respond quickly.
The LiveBox is a router, so it has two IP addresses,

- The first one on the local network
which is by default (192.168.1.1), this is the one you will obtain with IPCONFIG and the gateway address

- The second one, that of the internet, which you will obtain by going to http://192.168.1.1/ with the username admin/password admin, or simply by checking the following page: find your IP.

Other information for connecting via Wi-Fi, the LiveBox manages a list of authorized MAC addresses. To be added to the list, you need to connect during the synchronization of the box.
Depending on your model of LiveBox, you should have a button that allows you to synchronize your LiveBox (Wi-Fi indicator flashing); it's during this time that you need to connect.

If you want to find your Livebox's IP address by yourself, you do the following:

Start => Run => type cmd in the window that opens, then you'll have a black window where you type ipconfig and press the enter key, and you'll see your IP address appear.

It didn't work, I even removed the security from the live box, my computer still can't connect even though it was 1 meter away from the box.
With the Ethernet cable, it works, but the Wi-Fi doesn't go through, I can see the network but can't connect.

So connect to Ethernet and go into your box, then go to "wireless network" and in security, choose "WPA", then click on "WPA configuration" and enter a phrase or a word like MarieLN2007, then save it and reconnect via WIFI, replacing the WEP key with the WPA key, and in theory, it should work.

nonsense, Ipconfig gives you the internal IP address (local network) your box has an internal IP of 192.168.0.0 (the last .0 indicates that it's the internal address of the router...) as soon as you connect to the internet your box uses an external Class C IP address for outgoing like 193.50.2.4... ALL IP ADDRESSES THAT START WITH 192.168 ARE PRIVATE CLASS "C" ADDRESSES SO THEY CANNOT BE USED AS OUTGOING ADDRESSES...
