Philips TV Google account locked

Hello
My Philips TV 50PUH6400/88, after the update, refuses to connect to my Google account (password and email lost). After several resets of the TV, creating another account still results in the same message: invalid password and email. I tried Bruno's method but I don't have a second option to connect to Google. Perhaps with a USB key to update Google and the Play Store, I’m open to any suggestions. Thank you.

    Here’s what I usually respond to this topic:
    When it comes to apps, manufacturers and distributors do what they want. Personally, I have an LG, and at first, I had an Orange app that provided access to lots of radios, but that app disappeared without warning during an update. For catch-up, I had Pluzz (public service catch-up) and Arte +7, which also disappeared. As for MyTF1, I only have the paid VOD; on the M6 replay site, I'm asked to download a "player," but "download impossible." It's all a matter of agreements with app owners and the TV brand, so it's a money issue, these TVs aren’t so smart, huh? ...;-(
    And Arte came back some time ago... go figure...

    Hello everyone,

    I have the same issue, has anyone found a solution to connect their Google account?

    I think it's a problem with the Android system because from time to time, it gives me an error message and resetting doesn't solve the problem

    For me too, it has been several months that everything is blocked, impossible to connect to my Google account, yet all my passwords are correct, nothing works anymore, it is even impossible for me to connect and stream Disney Plus on the TV via wifi.

    I wonder if a Chromecast can solve this problem.
