Since yesterday I can no longer log into my Instagram account and the following message appears: "ERROR, please wait a few minutes before trying again."

Good evening,
It’s resolved on my end, we just have to wait 48 hours.
This happens when you have two accounts and log in and out too often.
IG then thinks it’s a bot and blocks access.
But don’t worry, it would be better to wait 48 hours without attempting to log in.

I have the same problem since last night around 11 PM, I can't connect to my account, I get this message "please wait a few minutes before trying again".. what should I do to access my account again? I'm really afraid I might not be able to access it anymore. I have a lot of posts, photos, my conversations, etc.. please help me ????
